We reserve the right to ban any listing in violation of our rules. We reserve the right to limit the number of listings allowed on this directory. We reserve the right to close down our sites-www.GlobeVacationRentals.com and wwwNearDisney.com-without prior notice to vacation home owners listing on this directory, for any or no reason, and especially if we find our costs are exceeding our advertising income. You can help keep this directory free by following the link back rule. (Link must appear on your home page) Please note. You will notice some sites which were previously “paying sites” will have more photos than are allowed on the free site. They were grandfathered in when this site was changed. Also, the only charge is for the 1st position referred to as the “featured home”. This position is $100 per year because of the extra hits this position receives.
Once you have sent us your information on the form at the bottom of this page, and have placed a link back to our site, send an email to verify. Include in your email to us the URL to the page where your link to us is located. Send your email to this address: LinkBack@NearDisney.com (Link must appear somewhere on your home page and must meet our approval), you will be emailed a temporary id and password to gain access to the CONTROL PANEL. Once there you can enter your own id and password. You will also be able to upload your home pictures and description yourself. You will be allowed to make changes at any time. You are allowed up to 6 pictures, 400 words on Description, and, 36 lines (including spaces between lines) on Amenities. We will either remove extra pictures or ban your site from GlobeVacationRentals and NearDisney if there are repeated violations of these listing rules over the 10 pictures allowed under this agreement. We need to do this in order to control our costs.

We also reserve the right to change all listing rules and details at any time without prior notice.
